FAQ for New Comers

What is the procedure for ordering a trash bin? The Trash cans are purchased and maintained by the homeowners in JRC2.

When is the Community Park open and do I need a reservation to use it for a party/event? Our community park is on a first come first serve basic but is often shared. In you want to have an event or a party, please send us a request to use the park exclusively on our webpage " webpage " Contact Us"  and we will send a community email to advise the community of your plans but it still our community park. ​

What day of the week does the trash get collected?   Hauler:     Meridian Waste Garbage: Thursday Recycling: Tuesday - Next week and every other week afterwards Bulk Waste: Thursday - Every week Yard Waste: Thursday Tire & Appliance: Friday City of Jacksonville Website: https://www.jacksonville.gov/departments/public-works/solid-waste/faqs

How do I get/change my four-digit gate code for gate entry and get a three- digit gate code for my guest? Send a message request through "Contact Us - Get in Touch" webpage and provide three choices for your four-digit code (you can have up to two different codes or the same code for enter), the system will automatically assign a three-digit code for your guess. Once your guest enters your three-digit code the system will call the number on file, you can press "9" on your phone keypad to allow them into the gate, please note that FedEx, UPS, and Amazon have their own codes.  Also provide the telephone number for each four-digit gate code selected.  If you have code you no longer plan to use, please provide the four digit code so that we can take it out of our system.  ​​

How to purchase a key fob for entering the gates? Our The Key Fobs are $35 each, just send a message request thru "Contact Us - Get in Touch" webpage and let us know how many key fob(s) you need. Drop your check off  at our Treasurer Community drop box (11381 Saddle Club Drive). Make check payable to: Jacksonville Ranch Club Two OA, Inc. We will be advise once your fobs are ready for pick up.  ​

Vacant Lot Moving:   As a community property owner you are required to ensure that your lot is maintained five times a year. Vacant lot mow by dates are March 31st, May 31st, July 31st, September 30th and December 31st.  If you fail to do so, it will result in a fine of $100.00 (per week) plus the cost of cutting the grass ($ 60.00 per acre - per lot = 1.5 acres X $60 = $90) and a 10% administration fee.   Please see Exhibit “A”, Article II in our Bylaws of Jacksonville Ranch Club Two Owners Association, Inc.
