JRC2 Homeowners' Association is a community-driven organization dedicated to enhancing the quality of life for all residents. Our mission is to develop and foster a environment of belonging, through promote community engagement, and maintaining the beauty and integrity of our neighborhood, that is second to none. Jacksonville Ranch Club Two is a deed restricted to a gated friendly community. We are conveniently located on the Northside of Plummer Road in Northwest Jacksonville only 8 miles from I-295. We have 127 large lots ranging from approximately 1-7 acres provide country living within the City of Jacksonville, FL.

Some of our lots contain conservation area that will never be cleared offering the country atmosphere in a gated community. The Southeast side of the HOA is adjacent to the Jacksonville Electric Authority’s (JEA) 600 acres wooded site beyond our beautiful lakes. Jacksonville Ranch Club Two offers in our community amenity area of our playground with a pavilion, dock, and cooking grills.
